1,570

5
cartoon PSA episodes from one script brief

QBTC is a Bitcoin project built by our team. Its first goal wasn’t to sell anything: it was to find the people who already care that Bitcoin survives quantum risk, and to talk with them as a fellow Bitcoiner.
The goal
By Thursday 5 November 2026: a list of 50 people defending the same cause, rated by how well they fit, and watched daily for new posts.
What RayCMO did
- Found the people. RayCMO searched public posts and existing contact lists, classified 1,570 accounts by stance and rated 301 as allies by fit, as of 5 November.
- Drafted the conversation. For each ally it drafts a first DM or a reply to their latest post. A human reads it, edits it and sends it. Nothing is sent automatically.
- Grouped the week’s posts by theme. The week-one plan (“build favor with credible voices”) became a daily repost list with seven themes, each with a suggested quote and an affirming reply.
- Made the videos. The team’s script for a five-part “QDay is the new Y2K” public service series became five black-and-white cartoon episodes, each in wide, vertical and 20-second cuts.
- Learned from edits. When the owner said the drafts shouldn’t claim to work at QBTC, that correction went into the voice and now applies to every draft, with Undo.
What we learned
- A list of the right 50 people beat a week of generic posts.
- Cheap AI drafts are only useful with a human approval step and a voice that remembers corrections.
Numbers are from our own RayCMO workspace, as of 2026-11-05.
